commercial auto insurance vs. personal auto insurance

Many insurance agents write and focus more on personal auto lines insurance and when they quote a commercial auto policy they may not understand the way to properly choose your industry code to get their client the best rates. A contractor can have multiple codes that can apply and one code can end up being 30 percent more than another. I understand this and have made commercial auto insurance for contractors the only line I focus on so I can make sure I am rating the policy in favor of my clients.
